About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive with strong HubSpot CRM expertise. You will support our sales team with process optimization, reporting, and data management, ensuring smooth coordination with our US-based teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM – pipelines, workflows, reports, dashboards.
  • Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across sales records.
  • Support AEs & SDRs with lead assignment, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain sales performance dashboards & reports.
  • Drive automation and sales enablement processes.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for alignment.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and liaise with vendor support.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations with hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for global collaboration.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).
  • Based in/around Noida and open to work from office.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach.
  • SaaS/B2B sales operations background.
  • Knowledge of sales incentive/commission tracking.
