About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive with strong HubSpot CRM expertise. You will support our sales team with process optimization, reporting, and data management, ensuring smooth coordination with our US-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM – pipelines, workflows, reports, dashboards.
- Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across sales records.
- Support AEs & SDRs with lead assignment, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain sales performance dashboards & reports.
- Drive automation and sales enablement processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for alignment.
- Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and liaise with vendor support.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations with hands-on HubSpot CRM expertise.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication skills for global collaboration.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).
- Based in/around Noida and open to work from office.
Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach.
- SaaS/B2B sales operations background.
- Knowledge of sales incentive/commission tracking.
