Docyt digitizes financial data, automates both income and expense workflows, continuously reconciles QuickBooks®, and generates real-time financial statements. What You’ll Do
- Write and edit product documentation, use cases, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and release notes.
- Create video-based help articles and training resources.
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations teams to capture product details and explain features to different user groups.
- Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and user-focused.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of technical writing/editing experience (SaaS or startup preferred).
- Strong ability to explain software features to both technical and non-technical users.
- Prior hands-on experience with SaaS tools, integrations, or productivity software.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with content platforms (Notion, Gitbook, Confluence).
- Video creation or visual storytelling skills.
- SEO knowledge.
