About Blotout

Blotout is a profitable, SF-based startup (~40 people) building privacy-first data infrastructure for performance marketers. Our core product EdgeTag is a CDP for performance marketers. We're now expanding into a multi-product platform covering consent, analytics, attribution, and AI-powered workflows. Same buyer, bigger surface.

The Role

You'll own outbound sales, end to end. Prospect, run deals, close. Your target buyer is growth and marketing leaders at mid-market US ecommerce companies. We're early in building our sales motion, so you'll have real ownership over how we go to market across multiple products

What You'll Do

Identify and prospect mid-market ecommerce companies through outbound channels. Run full-cycle sales from first touch to close. Develop and refine our sales process, messaging, and positioning across multiple products. Build relationships with growth and marketing leaders who are evaluating data infrastructure. Work closely with marketing to align on targeting, pipeline strategy, and feedback loops. Maintain a clean pipeline in HubSpot with accurate forecasting.

What We're Looking For

10+ years selling technical products in B2B SaaS. Experience selling to marketing or growth teams at mid-market companies. Comfortable selling into a technical buyer who cares about data, privacy, and performance. Track record of building pipeline through your own outbound effort, not just working inbound leads. Experience in ecommerce, martech, or adtech is a strong plus. We believe in small teams that punch above their weight using AI. If that's how you work, you'll fit right in.
