We are looking for a proactive individual who can effectively bridge the gap between stakeholders and the development team to drive product success. As a Product manager at Backslash, your day includes prioritizing the product backlog, working on UX solutions, attending daily scrums, and collaborating with developers on user stories. You gather stakeholder feedback, refine sprint items, and coordinate with marketing and sales for alignment, ensuring the backlog is up-to-date while guiding the team toward the product vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ideation with Stakeholders - Collaborate with stakeholders to transform ideas and problems into tangible solutions for development.
2. Backlog Management - Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
3. Development Interaction - Clarify requirements and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
4. Documentation - Maintain product documentation, including user guides and specifications.
5. Launch Support - Coordinate product launches and gather post-launch feedback for improvements.

Product and Startup Experience

• 3-5 years in product-oriented role within an Agile environment.
• 3-5 years in a startup environment.

Technical Knowledge with DevSecOps

• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Experience working closely with development and security teams to integrate security into the product lifecycle.

Hands-on Experience with UX

• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and ability to create high level mock-ups.
• Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
